Yoga Therapy with Fela Soul: This isn’t your average yoga class. Fela Soul offers targeted, evidence-based practices that go beyond traditional poses. We will focus on physical alignment, emotional balance, and nervous system regulation to help you release stored tension.
Meditation for Everyone: Forget the idea that meditation is “one-size-fits-all.” If you’ve ever struggled with a racing mind or felt you weren’t “doing it right,” this session introduces multiple practical approaches to make mindfulness accessible and deeply supportive.

We are honored to welcome Dr. Emilie B. Joseph, a licensed clinical psychologist and the owner of Empowered Insights LLC. With over 9 years of experience across clinical and outreach settings, Dr. Joseph specializes in culturally responsive cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). Dr. Joseph will provide a workshop designed with our community in mind.
